One yard is equal to 27 cubic feet. Our mulch, sawdust, shavings, woodchips, reground woodchips, topsoil, leafgrow and Orgro are sold by cubic yard. One cubic yard covers an area 10’ x 10’ x 3” deep. You can also stop by our office located at 9700 Old Court Road, Windsor Mill, MD to place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Delivery fees are determined by the size of truck necessary to deliver the material and delivery zone. Credit card charges are processed the morning of delivery.
No. The driver can make the delivery without the customer being on site as long as the dumping area is clearly marked on the customer’s driveway. If delivery is required off the driveway surface, the customer will need to be home to sign the disclaimer regarding possible damages that could occur while dumping. Please see our disclaimer below.
Typical delivery of products are unloaded at the end of the customer’s driveway. If customer requires dumping of product on other than driveway the following conditions apply:
- Customer must present during delivery
- Before product is dumped customer must sign disclaimer on the packing list
- The truck must be able to safely fit and be able to maneuver in and to the dump area
- Rain, snow, standing water or thawing has not made the off-road driving area to soft, slippery, or muddy
- There is nothing underground that could be damaged by truck’s weight
- There is nothing overhead that could be damaged by truck (i.e. powerlines, trees, lighting, etc.)
- Tire tracks from truck are acceptable to customer

It is agreed and understood that the material delivered hereon, inside the curb line is delivered at the risk of the owner of the property or his/her agent. Edrich Lumber Inc. is relieved from all responsibility from damage to curbs, sidewalks, driveways, lawns, trees, bushes, wires or buildings. Additionally, should an Edrich Lumber delivery vehicle become stuck or unable to return to paved surface during inside curb line delivery, it will be the owner of the property or his/her agent’s responsibility to pay for towing and/or damage to delivery vehicle.
